Grandpa, it's still hard to believe that you are gone. It always felt like you would be here with us forever. However, we thank God that you were able to spend 98 years on earth and many, many years with us. I'm grateful for the legacy you left us with as a family. One of your names means "the one that shows the way" and indeed you were one such person for the Apampa family.
You taught us so much through your hard work and dedication. In going on to take on one last construction project in your 90s you showed me that it is never too late to start and work towards your dream. This is a memory I'll treasure for life. I'll miss hearing you say "haa-you" (how are you) when I call on the phone to say hello. You'll always remain in my heart.
